SleeveUp Homes (“SleeveUp Homes”) is a trade name and DBA of Reeland Investments, a California company. By using any website, mobile app, or service of SleeveUp Homes, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use between you and Reeland Investments (d/b/a SleeveUp Homes), which include the referenced Privacy Policy (“Agreement”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE ANY SLEEVEUP HOMES WEBSITE OR TO OBTAIN ANY SERVICES FROM SLEEVEUP HOMES.

The SleeveUp Homes websites and mobile apps (collectively, “Websites”; and individually, “Website”) provide numerous services, as referenced on the Websites (“Services”).

SleeveUp Homes reserves the right, at its discretion, to revise the terms of this Agreement and/or change, suspend, discontinue, or modify any aspect of any Website. Such modifications may include, without limitation, changes in content, user priorities, and discontinuance of functional aspects of any Website. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

If you submit information about a property to SleeveUp Homes for a potential purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• SleeveUp Homes reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether or not to make an offer on any property.
• Submission of property information does not create any obligation on SleeveUp Homes to make an offer, proceed with a transaction, or provide an explanation for declining.
• Any offers made are non-binding until a written purchase agreement is executed and signed by all parties.

3. Limitations on Use and User Submissions

3.1 Copyright, Patent, and Trademark Notice

SleeveUp Homes or its affiliates copyright all Website content. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, display, or distribute any content without prior written permission, except for one personal, non-commercial copy that includes copyright notices.

9. Unsolicited Marketing

You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial emails.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Governing Law; Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10.2 Assignments

You may not assign your rights without written consent from SleeveUp Homes.

10.3 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

10.4 Connectivity Charges

You are responsible for any connectivity or data charges incurred while using the Website.

10.5 Termination

SleeveUp Homes may terminate your use of the Website at any time, with or without notice.

10.7 California Notice

10.8 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SleeveUp Homes.
